Day 01
Arrival in Raja Ampat
After your long journey to Sorong and the ferry crossing to Waisai, we will pick you up at the harbor. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a delicious lunch and take some time to rest and settle in. Feel free to snorkel at the house reef or explore Waisai on your own.
In the evening, enjoy a tasty dinner with local flavors — watch your first beautiful Raja Ampat sunset from the jetty and get ready for tomorrow’s adventure.
Itinerary – What to Expect?
Day 1 Arrival Waisai (check in)
We will meet you at the harbor in Waisai and take you to your accommodation. Feel free to snorkel at the house reef and enjoy a delicious dinner with local flavors in the evening.
Next Days – Daily Schedule

9:00 – Start island hopping and snorkeling trips

13:00 – Lunch (lunchbox) on the beach or jetty

17:00 – Return to accommodation

18:30 – Dinner with local flavors.

Ask our staff if you want to help cook the local pepera dish or take a selfie in traditional Papuan clothing.
Last day (check out)

8:00 or 13:00 – Transfer to Waisai port for the ferry
The boat is shared only with a small group, to fully enjoy this unique place and have it all for your self. Usually we have a total of 4 till 6 guests on the boat (max of 8 persons)
Day 02
Islands Penem - Piaynemo
Breakfast is daily served at 8:00, and at 9:00 your adventure begins. Today the icons of Raja Ampat are on your itinerary. At Piaynemo, you’ll hike to the peaks of Telaga Manta and Telaga Bintang. Get ready to be amazed by the stunning views and beautiful surroundings.
You’ll also visit some amazing snorkeling spots
Every day around 17:00 we will be back at Villa LUZO, where you can freshen up, enjoy a relaxing dinner, and sunset.
Island Aborek
Arborek – a charming island in the heart of Raja Ampat with a laid-back atmosphere.
Swim or snorkel with large schools of fish around the jetty, stroll through the small village, meet the friendly locals, and browse for handmade souvenirs in the local shops. A perfect blend of nature and culture!
Day 03
Island Mansuar
After breakfast, we head to Sauwandarek, one of the top spots to swim or snorkel with big sea turtles. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter some friendly reef sharks.
This area is famous for its rich marine life, including larger fish and an abundance of turtles you're very likely to see. Don’t be surprised if some curious big fish come close — it’s all part of the underwater adventure!
Island Kri
Today we visit Pasir Timbul, a stunning sandbank with bright white beaches that seem to float in the ocean. It’s a picture-perfect spot — your photos here are guaranteed to make others jealous! Enjoy a stroll along the sand, go for a swim, or snorkel in the crystal-clear water. Later, we head to Kri Island, home to the world’s most biodiverse reef.
Did you know that the reef near Kri holds the world record for the highest number of fish species recorded in a single dive? Get ready to be amazed by the vibrant underwater life.
Enjoy lovely dinner At the end of the day, and listen to the many birds and parrots flying overhead.
Day 04
Kali Biru
Today is a slower-paced day, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the stunning nature and vibrant birdlife around you. After breakfast, travel in true Papuan style—riding in the back of a pickup truck—while enjoying the scenic surroundings and glimpses of local life along the way.
On your journey, you’ll witness how locals craft and bake stones using traditional methods.
Upon arriving in Warsembien, board a local longboat to cross the water and reach the river. From there, take a peaceful walk through the riverbanks and forest to reach Kali Biru.
At Kali Biru, unwind and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear blue waters—a perfect place to relax and connect with nature.
Day 05
Islands Friwinbonda
Maybe not far from Waisai, but definitely one of our favorite spots!
Today you’ll enjoy stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and some truly beautiful snorkeling locations — what more could you ask for?
If you’d like to visit the locals in the nearby village, just ask our guide. They’ll be happy to take you for a walk and introduce you to this peaceful community.
At the end of the day, enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local flavors at Villa LUZO.
And for a fun memory: ask our staff to help you take a selfie dressed in traditional Papuan clothing!
Day 06
Last Day (Check-out)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast to start your day between 7:00 and 8:00.
Check-out is no later than 11:00. Depending on your ferry schedule, we will transfer you to the harbor at either 8:00 or 13:00 for the ferry to Sorong.
If you have the afternoon ferry, feel free to ask our staff about exploring Waisai after check-out — you can visit the local market, shops, and more.
